"The Lord is good, a stronghold in times of trouble; He knows those who trust in Him. The Lord is always good, and all the time He is good. Our Heavenly Father is good and always does good. His plans for us who believe are always for good and not for harm, to give us a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11). Let our innermost being praise and sing joyfully to Him at all times, whether in times of trouble or when we are at peace. He is a mighty stronghold in times of trouble; He surrounds us like a shield, a mighty refuge at all times (Psalm 18:2).
Blessed are all who put their trust in His everlasting arms to save them, direct them, and guide them in the ways they should go (Psalm 32:8). Recognizing that He is our great protector who sees all things—both good and evil—He will protect all who trust in Him and render just and faithful judgment on those who delight in doing evil (Psalm 91:2; Nahum 1:7). He knows all who trust in Him, repent of their sins, and make Him their refuge, making peace in their hearts with Him as their protector who loves and cares for them always (Psalm 34:22; Isaiah 26:3)."
