Jesus Christ is the King of Glory, our Lord and Saviour, who does not judge or condemn us when we sin or do wrong. He understands our weaknesses, for He Himself was tested and faced temptations while in the flesh. Jesus Christ empathizes with all our weaknesses, and He has only love and compassion for us as sinners.

All He requires from us when we sin is to confess and repent, for He is a just and fair God who forgives us and purges our hearts of unrighteousness.

As it is written: "Wash your hands, you sinners, and purify your hearts, you double-minded" (James 4:8). We are all sinners before God’s throne of grace, and we all fall short of His glory (Romans 3:23). He calls us to come to Him with purity in our hearts, with a humble and contrite spirit, to take up our cross daily and follow Him. Jesus invites us to learn from Him, for He is gentle and humble in heart (Matthew 11:29).

We can come to Him as we are, for He loves us unconditionally and fully accepts us. He has forgiven our sins and given us the Holy Spirit to help us in all our weaknesses. As the Scripture says: "My grace is sufficient for you, for My power is made perfect in weakness" (2 Corinthians 12:9). When we are weak, He is strong.

Through the power of Christ in us, we can be strong, for "I can do all things through Him who gives me strength" (Philippians 4:13).

We praise our Heavenly Father that, in His infinite mercy, He sent His Son to be the atoning sacrifice for our sins. Through Him, we can live our lives, for He loves us and died for the redemption of our souls. We give thanks to our Lord and Savior, who loves us and, when we fall, helps us get back up. He holds our hands, heals all our pain, makes us whole again, and puts a smile on our faces.

He protects us with His rod and staff as we walk through the valley of the shadow of death (Psalm 23:4). He surrounds us with His presence every day like a shield, pouring His unbounded grace and unending mercy upon us. Each day, as we take small steps with Him as our Warrior at our right hand, He holds us and guides us through this dark and sinful world.
