When we go through life's storms, as believers in Christ, what do we do? The Scriptures teach us to persevere and endure, and to consider such trials and troubles of life as joy, for they will lead to perseverance, which will develop strong character, and strong character will lead to hope" (Romans 5:3-4)

We are called as believers to learn to endure and wait patiently for the Lord in all our trials, troubles, affliction in our journey through this sinful world corrupted by lawlessness and wrongdoings which is sin. We are called to put our trust in God’s promises to be with us and strengthen us as we go through life’s storms.

Being a Christian does not mean we have a trouble-free life. We should expect storms and periods of testing and trials, as Christ has told us: "In this world, you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world” (John 16:33).

Let us be of good cheer and remain joyful, for Jesus has conquered the world and defeated Satan on our behalf through His death and resurrection. Put your confidence and trust in God, knowing that His presence is with us as we walk through the darkest valleys: "Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I will fear no evil, for you are with me” (Psalm 23:4).

Blessed are those who persevere under trials, for having stood the test, they will receive the crown of life that the Lord has promised to those who love Him (James 1:12).
