Holy, righteous, pure, loving, merciful, gracious, faithful, long-suffering, patient, good, kind, peaceful, and powerful—these are the attributes of God. His will is that we become holy as He is holy (1 Peter 1:16), righteous, and filled with His invisible qualities: faithful, gentle, loving, kind, forbearing, patient, forgiving, merciful, good, humble, hopeful, trustworthy, and obedient. We are called to have a humble and contrite spirit (Isaiah 66:2) and to be like Christ, who lives in us and through us (Galatians 2:20).
Christ lives in us, and God's divine power is at work in us (Ephesians 3:20). Submit to God, walk in obedience, and rely on His grace. Put your trust in God's power to save, guide, protect, and lead you. Walk in His ways and in faith along the straight and narrow path that leads to eternal life (Matthew 7:14).
The Lord is my shepherd; I lack nothing (Psalm 23:1). God knows everything I need each day and provides me with everything necessary—not what I want, but what I need each day (Philippians 4:19). Therefore, sufficient for each day is the greatest good (Matthew 6:34).
Meditate daily on the goodness of God in my life and my family’s life. Reflect on God’s faithfulness, loving-kindness, infinite mercy, grace, peace, joy, and love that He pours into our lives. Faith grows in us each day through His Word and by His Spirit (Romans 10:17).
Put your focus on God. The Lord keeps in perfect peace all who trust in Him (Isaiah 26:3), no matter the circumstances, situations, or opposition they face in life. Trust in God and His Son, Christ, not in earthly things, for all earthly things will soon cease (Colossians 3:2). Everything we see will fade away soon (2 Corinthians 4:18).
Satan will soon be crushed under our feet (Romans 16:20). Praise be to God forever. Glory be to God and His Son forever. Power, authority, and victory belong to God forever, for to God belongs the kingdom, power, and glory, which is forever (Matthew 6:13).
