As children of God, we are engaged in a spiritual battle against Satan, but through Christ's sacrifice on the cross, we are more than conquerors.
God has already chosen us and broken the power of darkness over our lives. We walk in His grace, and His love surrounds us. God has forgiven us our past sins, and we are God's chosen children.
We must be strong and courageous, remembering God is always with us. He is a God who acts on behalf of those who wait for Him. So, we must be patient and still in His presence, knowing that the battle is the Lord's.
We should not give the devil a foothold in our lives but use the Word of God as a weapon against him.
1 Corinthians 15:57 says, "But thanks be to God! He gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ." This verse reminds us that our victory in the spiritual battle comes through Christ.
Ephesians 6:12-13 says, "For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand."These verses encourage us to remember that the battle is the Lord's, and to rely on His strength and protection in the midst of the spiritual battle.
